perfect! The best hotel in town! The hotel restaurant is also the best! It seems to help us upgrade the panoramic room. Super beauty The infinity pool spa is Free and very comfortable! The push box that can be picked up by the phone is too tired. The attitude is actually good. This side is relatively cold but responsive. Haha

The variety is not too much in the morning, but it is very delicious and very comfortable. There are fruit salad, croissants, jam, yogurt, juice, boiled eggs, coffee, etc. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the pier, 8 minutes from the city of Spiez, coop supermarket near the fort. The town of Spiez is really beautiful! Our room has a terrace, separate toilet, hair dryer, toilet paper, soap, small packet shampoo. Others such as slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste need to bring their own. There is no hot water in the room, there is a reception desk.

Friendly reception despite early check-in. The rooms are small, but all equipped for a short stay. Breakfast takes place in a conference room and offers something to start in the day. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room was extremely ring-hearted, so we could best hear the Asian travel group from their rise to the departure with the car on Sunday morning at 07:30. - Franks per night the accommodation does not meet the price-performance ratio. The beds are rather narrowly measured. The room was at tropical temperatures above 30 degrees, which were to be tolerated only with open windows. This means additional noise emissions from outside conversations and roller bags.

This is a honeymoon trip with my husband, and one day I stayed in this hotel in Interlaken. The location is not bad, the walking distance is about 10 minutes, the hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, and the hotel staff are friendly.The light in the room is average, and the floor feels a bit unstable. The air is relatively cramped and not too circulated, and the windows need to be opened. The bathroom space is not enough, there is nowhere to put your things. The only advantage is that the shower room is large enough, and the hot water shower is powerful enough. But there is an inconvenient place that there is no slippers provided and you need to pay extra to buy them. I think travelers who are concerned should pay attention. It is said that hotels in Switzerland will not provide slippers as long as they are five-star or below. The mattress placement is a bit unstable, and it is easy to fall asleep and shift. The breakfast is not very good, with less choices.But considering the location and the price compared to other hotels, this one is considered good value for money. 

We arrived in Interlaken via the train which was literally a matter of a few hundred yards away from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel itself was immaculately clean. Our room was very big and there were tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was also large with plenty of toiletries if they were needed. We stayed for two nights and ate each day in the on site restaurant. The staff were yet again amazing. The waiter, Marinos, talked through the menu with us. He was very friendly and we found him to be helpful even though his English wasn't as good as other members of staff. But that didn't matter as he made us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful couple of days at this hotel and will definitely be back again.

I stayed at the Hotel for 1 week in August with my Partner for the first time since my Brother passed away last Year.My Brother & I have stayed here many times over the last 20 years & always found the Hotel & staff so welcoming & friendly.We both really enjoyed our recent stay & would highly recommend it to anyone as a base to explore the beautiful Bernese Oberland. The Hotel is located close to the West Railway station & the centre of Interlaken with plenty of Restaurants nearby for Evening meals.The Hotel provides a good selection for Breakfast & is always kept clean & well maintained.

If you wanna get out, relax, stay at a unique Hotel and have some beautiful views this is the Hotel I’d highly recommend! My best friend and I wanted to stay at a unique Hotel for a night for my 30th Birthday. We went online (Airbnb) the day of my birthday, just couple of hours before we wanted to leave. Found this beautiful Hotel so we texted the owner, not realizing it could take up to 24 hrs to get a respond. Luckily couple of minutes later a lady from the reception told us to book the attic Loveroom directly through the site of the Hotel. Booked the room without any complications within minutes. When we got there, we had a heartwarming welcome from the lady at the reception. As soon as we got to the room we fell in love with it and it’s beautiful view on the lake. It was kind of warm when we got into the room (wasn’t too bad), which we figured later was cause of the spa area underneath it (we didn’t read any reviews upon arrival). Turning on the fan and opening the door to the balcony helped a lot! We asked if we could get a cocktail and take it up to our room, they said yes and told us to go to the restaurant and order it there. The guy from the restaurant took our order and said he’d even bring it to our room :) We skipped dinner, just cause we were in the whirlpool until the restaurant closed, but had a good breakfast the next day right next to the lake. Overall, we had a great experience and a wonderful stay!
